Hi, I’m Susanna Patterson and I love to paint. I especially love to paint animals. I’ve been painting them all my life (see the cute painting I did in preschool – even then I was painting wildly colored animals).

When I look at the animals in my portraits, I don’t see them in black, white or brown, I imagine them in purple, blue, or orange enhanced with splashes of complementary colors. These colors give the animals even more personality than they already have. I will hand-paint your portrait from your photo. I hand-stretch and paint all of my portraits on acid free, heavy weight 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper. I only use professional watercolor paint. All of my portraits are one-of-a-kind and truly unique. You will have the original and only copy. I will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
